and the company CaraïbeServices provide the concierge service for Villa Ti'Kawet. You will be welcomed with a welcome basket and a hassle-free rental starter kit. A welcome booklet will be available at the villa including the small subtleties of it, the surroundings with shops, various other services such as the post office, banks and ATMs, the nearest doctors and pharmacies. The welcome booklet is accessible via QR Code.
Available before and during your entire stay, your concierge can help you organize the vacation of your dreams and will answer all your requests.

- Hotel-quality cleaning performed before your arrival and after your departure (Mandatory fee of 220 € will be added to the rental amount).
- A security deposit of 1500 € is requested upon arrival and released within 5 days following the exit inventory.
- Tourist tax for 5-star furnished tourist accommodation at 2.50 euros per person and per night.
- 6 occupants maximum: adults and children aged 5 and over.
- Pets not accepted.
- Out of respect for the neighborhood, parties are not allowed.
