Villa Ti’KAWET, located 150 meters from the Caribbean Sea near the village of Pointe-Noire, on the leeward coast of Guadeloupe, bordered by the tropical forest, is accessible from the coastal road by a private road.

Recently built and on one level, Villa Ti’KAWET can accommodate up to 6 people for a minimum stay of five nights.

You will be greeted with a welcome basket and a worry-free rental starter kit. A welcome booklet will be available at the villa, including information on the villa’s amenities, the surrounding area with shops, and various other services such as the post office, banks, and ATMs, as well as the nearest doctors and pharmacies. The welcome booklet is accessible via QR code.

Available before and throughout your stay, your concierge can help you plan your dream vacation and answer all your questions.

Also in charge of maintenance, they will address any potential difficulties.

Internal regulations

  • Smoking permitted: in certain designated areas.
  • Hotel-quality cleaning service provided before arrival and after departure (mandatory €220 fee payable on site).
  • A €1,200 security deposit is required upon arrival and unlocked within 5 days following the exit inventory.
  • A tourist tax of 5% per night per adult is added to the price.
  • Maximum 6 occupants: adults and children aged 5 and over.
  • Pets not allowed.
  • Out of respect for the neighborhood, Parties are not allowed.
